Hot Tips To Perfect Natural Hair Care

Hot Tips To Perfect Natural Hair Care
It’s a fact; every woman desire the fashionable look of shiny and healthy “bone-straight hair” but unfortunately use chemicals, straighteners or hair weaves to achieve this style.

The most common method of straightening hair involves the use of a heated flat iron that severely damages the hair’s shaft over time.

Now with the below mentioned tips you can straighten your hair naturally at home with natural, hair-friendly ingredients and without using the heating method.

Making Effective use of Coconut and Lemon:

To start Combine 1 cup of coconut milk with 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice in a cup. Place this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes or until the liquid turns into a paste.

Take out the paste and apply this cool coconut paste to your entire head of hair, and allow the paste to sit for at- least 10 minutes.

Just rinse out the coconut paste with cool water, and comb your wet hair with a wide-toothed comb.

Now allow your hair to air-dry. Repeat this process every week for naturally straight, shiny hair.

Application of Milk, Honey and Strawberries:

Mash three large strawberries in a small bowl with a fork.

Combine these mashed strawberries with 1 cup of milk and 2 tsp. of honey. Mix these ingredients together; ensure they form a creamy paste.

Apply the paste to your hair, and allow the paste to sit for two hours.

Shampoo and rinse your hair with cool water. Comb the wet hair with a wide-toothed comb.

Give sufficient time for your hair to air-dry. You must repeat this process weekly for straight and shiny long-lasting hair.

Using Eggs And Olive Oil For Shiny Hair:

Whisk together two eggs and 1 tbsp. olive oil in a small bowl.

Pick and divide the hair into small sections. Apply the oil mixture to one section at a time.

You must wrap the hair that’s covered in the oil mixture with tinfoil. Then allow the mixture to sit on the hair for two hours.

Just Shampoo the hair and rinse it with cool water. Comb the wet hair with a wide-toothed comb.

Now allow hair to dry naturally. Repeat this process weekly for straight, shiny hair.

Straightening Tip Using Only Milk:

This simple straightening method involves applying milk without anything added to the washed and dried hair with a spray bottle. Make sure to allow the milk to sit on the hair for at least 20 minutes before rinsing. Finally, Comb the hair straight while it’s wet.

Have a happy hair care time..

How to Exfoliate Your Scalp – Tips to Prevent Premature Balding or Flaky Scalp

Tips to prevent balding of hair
A healthy scalp is essential for healthy hair and healthy hair growth. Keeping your scalp exfoliated is easy, it can be done with products you probably already have in your kitchen.

No one like flakes, that’s why shampoo companies make special shampoo’s to prevent or eliminate them. It has been said that an exfoliated scalp is the number one preventative measure for premature balding, when your scalp is clogged it does not allow circulation and oxygen to nourish the scalp.

It is like all other skin on our body it needs to breathe, it needs oxygen, moisture and it needs nutrients. Exfoliating your scalp can be done as easy as shampooing your hair.

So just follow the recipe and instructions as mentioned below for healthy scalp.

* 1 cup granulated sugar

* 1/2 cup honey

* 2 drops vinegar (white)

Mix in a bowl, your head should be wet with very warm water prior to application. Gently massage mix throughout scalp in a circular motion. Make sure to cover entire scalp area, allow sitting for about three minutes then rinsing out. Shampoo and condition your hair normally.

If you have scalp irritation such as psoriasis, or eczema you should consult your doctor prior to using this mixture, although I have never heard of it hurting anyone with these conditions. It is always best to check first.

Here is a list of natural oils that you may find useful in your scalp and hair health.

All of these items can easily be found at any health food store and are usually very inexpensive. One of the most important aspects of our health in every area including beauty is to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, they are good to eat as well as good to put on your skin and hair. Nutrition for your hair and scalp should always first come from inside. You can tell a lot about a person’s health by looking at their skin, hair and nails. Beauty starts on the inside never forget that.
